4. User Content & Data Handling

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create in neurolattice. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data—strictly to provide core platform features, including lead qualification, campaign optimization, and performance analytics. We do not sell or share your personal data or lead information with third parties.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use neurolattice to upload or distribute harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse neurolattice to develop competing services.
• Bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as factual without independent verification.

6. Intellectual Property

neurolattice and its underlying technology—including its interface, algorithms, and lead generation pipelines—are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not duplicate or redistribute any part of the platform without permission.

7. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

9. Data Security and Privacy
